Rockstar has launched a new official Max Payne 3 website, on which is a game play trailer featuring Max Payne showcasing the talents of the 608 Bull revolver. You can click on the link below to see the video in addition to new screenshots.

If you are also interested in the new targeting system and in-game physics the developers are implementing into the game, here is the latest trailer demonstrating how it will all work. Complete with generic voice over guy explaining what it is you're watching.

With the news that Mass Effect 3 is set to have multi-player capabilities, gamers instantly began to metaphorically foam at the proverbial mouth. It seems BioWare and Microsoft want to add to the excitement and incorporate as many fans as possible by giving anyone who downloads the game's demo a bonus. What is this incentive I hear you ask? Well it is a free, temporary Xbox Live Gold Membership allowing gamers to experience the multi-player action. Oh em fucking gee!. The key word here is 'temporary' as the duration period of Gold membership is unspecified, but I am sure this will not deter users in making full use before it expires.

Microsoft's official statement read: "In celebration of ME3, Xbox is pleased to provide fans access to ME3 demo multi-player for the time leading to launch," said MS. "Xbox LIVE Gold gives you exclusive benefits including multi-player gaming, member-only deals & previews, and access to entertainment with Netflix, ESPN, Hulu Plus and more."

The demo is available for download 14 Febraury 2012. BioWare is spreading the love and I suspect a few couples may have some arguments on how to spend their Valentine's day together now after hearing this news.

Monolith Productions have confirmed that Gotham City Impostors will available on all platforms as of next week.

For those of you who are unaware of this title, Gotham City Impostors is a first-person shooter multiplayer-only game set within the DC Comics universe of Batman. Developed by Monolith and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the game is download only and revolves around two teams each trying to kill the other. One team consists of players dressed in the likeness of Batman and the opposing team in costumes similar to the Dark Knight's archenemy, The Joker.

PS3 and PC owners in North America will receive can download the game on 7 February 2012, later joined by Europe the next day. The Xbox version arrives on Live everywhere on the same day as European PS3 release.

If you wish to see what the game looks like before making the decision to part with your virtual money, here is the trailer. If anything it looks fun and quirky.

Speaking exclusively to Famitsu, Tetsuya Normura (producer of Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts) let slip Square Enix has employed a 'secret team' to work on new, unrevealed game. His comments generated a fair amount of speculation in saying that more information regarding this mysterious team may well be provided later this year. Now I'm no expert but surely the team is not secret if they have plans on revealing who they are and what it is they are working on.

Nevertheless the rumour mill is rife with ideas on what this 'unannouced title' could be. Some say a new Final Fantasy, others suggest a possible third installment to the Kingdom Hearts saga. However some are suggesting it could be Kane & Lynch 3 as recently Square Enix trademarked 'Sleeping Dogs', a possible subtitle for the third installment.
