Not much difference at the start of 2009 for the games chart.
Fifa 09 is still number one
Call of Duty: World at War is still number two.
Mario Kart Wii Slipped to number eight only to be replaced by
Guitar Hero: World Tour - a fair swap or do you fancy a plastic wheel to plastic instruments? No matter as
Guitar Hero III: Legend of Rock also pops into the chart making Activision very happy indeed. It's good to see games like
Mirror's Edge and
Prince of Persia still in the top 20. These are (kind of) similar but both great fun. I think they may have done better if they were released late January 09 as they wouldn't have had to fight the other big holiday releases. Nevermind, they're out and they're good so ultimately, that's what matters right? Try telling that to
LittleBigPlanet. The poor soul has disappeared from the top 20 chart again. Shame because it is a great game that deserves a chart place over some of the other titles that seems to be hanging around like a love sick puppy...or should that be hedgehog?...
