UFO's twelve days of Christmas: Day three

It's day three of the UFO Gamers twelve days of Christmas, taking you right up to Christmas day with some inspirational, educational, salutational gifts for the festive season for those loved ones who stump you each 365.25-day cycle on the day that probably wasn't the day of Christ's birth, but the Christians plumped for it anyway because it fitted in rather nicely with the pagan winter festival.

So now to our third gift idea.  For those who love the cutting-edge of music, for those who relish in being as far from mainstream as possible, for those who have lo-fi Latin noise genre albums from the underground scene of the Dominican Republic on vinyl, for those who like Nigerian disco funk from the 70s and must listen to anything but what's in the charts for fear of being homogenised into a uniform society, here's something that almost certainly will not make any impact on the mainstream charts and so is as underground as you like, while still retaining a festive feel:
